Heather is the Literacy Coach at the Tobin Montessori School, a fully accredited district level public Montessori School in Cambridge, Massachusetts. She has also been a classroom teacher and a reading specialist. Heather has taught reading at all grade levels, and in addition to coaching and leadership work in her school, she supervises and mentors graduate students at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. Heather has been working in the field of education for over twenty years, including nine years serving as a Montessori literacy coach (16 years as a coach total).
